Fees and Payment

The required fees must be paid after receiving the acceptance letter in order to reserve the position in the conference. Committee/country allocations will be sent after the payment procedure is completed. Before making their payments, participants are kindly requested to pay attention to the payment details written below and read the information the acceptance letter will entail. The application fees of the delegations must be paid in one payment including all the delegates, the advisor, and the delegation fee. A scanned copy of the receipt should be sent to the finance team.

The Fees for KMUN 2018 can be viewed below;

School Fee: 160 TRY

Advisor Fee: 200 TRY

Early Registration Fee: 240 TRY per delegate

Deadline for early registration: January 24

Regular Registration Fee: 260 TRY per delegate

Deadline for regular registration: February 24

Late Registration Fee: 280 TRY per delegate

Deadline for late registration: March 24


Student Officer Fee: 150 TRY

Deadline for registration: February 24

 Press Member Fee: 150 TRY

Deadline for registration: March 24

The conference fee covers;

  • Lunch
  • Open-Buffet Gala Dinner at the Bosphorus
  • Snacks and drinks during coffee breaks
  • KMUN stationery
  • Transportation to and from KMUN social events during set times
  • Certificate of participation
  • Badges and placards

Do not forget to add your name (name of the advisor or the head delegate if it is a delegation), name of your institution if you are applying as a delegation and the word “KMUN” onto the bank receipt i.e.: “Arda Ulas Mutlu, Kabatas Erkek Lisesi, KMUN”.


Important Notes:

  • Delegation fee must be paid just for once for every single delegation.
  • The transportation fee for the participants who wish to be transported from the airport is €10 per participant and again €10 if the participant wishes to be transported to the airport.
  • After 10 April 2018, substitutions for students unable to attend will only be permitted upon payment of an administrative charge. All changes and substitutions have to be sent to the Finance Team of KMUN via e-mail. The cost of a badge change is €20 per badge changed.
